"...silver and gold... silver and GOOOOLD..."

That OMEGA Tour stop in Reno, Nevada led to the writing of one of my very favorite songs of the /ASIA\ reunion era. Such an outstanding piece of harmonic songcraft!

and if you film any shows in the US just remember Dallas is it?

Even though I live in Tulsa,OK Dallas is my 2nd home when you guys play there.[biggrin]

The place you played last time there, was pretty cool, HOB is great, but the people at that other venue are way more cooler.[thumb]

Thanks John; I had forgotten that was the case as well in 2006.

As usual, I am looking forward to the upcoming gigs!

Peace,

Jeff

I am beginning to wonder when we will finally see "THE Announcement" of GRAVITAS tour dates for North America.

It has been 3 weeks now since the New York City show leaked...

I am seeing over a half dozen /ASIA\ shows up for sale now online (Agoura Hills, San Juan Capistrano, Beverly Hills, NYC, Bergen NJ, Annapolis...). It feels a tad deflating on the sidelines, after observing 3 weeks of slow leaks LOL. I hope "THE announcement" comes soon...!

I am currently planing my summer holidays in Florida; only the arrival and departure dates are fix at the moment; to know if there are Asia gigs during my stay would help me to plan a "travel-route" soon [wink]

Some additional cities announced by promoters / venues for /ASIA\ 2014 shows:

- Biloxi, MS
- Pittsburgh (Warrendale), PA
- New Hope, Eastern PA
- Milwaukee, WI
- Morristown, NJ

Get excited, guys. Shows are surely rolling in!

A lot of JW fans in PA and the Midwest, so happy to see some shows for those fans starting to drop.

Doug,

Thanks for the heads up on the Milwaukee show - I hadn't seen that one.  I've never been to the Pabst Theater, although I believe Asia has played their before.  How is that venue to see a concert?

Their show at the Arcada Theater in St. Charles (Chicago) is still showing tickets on sale soon, although I've e-mailed the venue asking when they'll be on sale.

The Pabst is my favorite venue to see Asia at, great sound & they seem to really like playing there! It's about the same size as the arcada, both venues are seated.

I'm glad the band is playing at B.B. King's as opposed to Irving Plaza as there is available seating at the former if you arrive there early enough.
