Borderline London 1999.....gig featuring JW,Martin Orford,Dave Kilminster and Steve Christy. It's a nice intimate venue and at the end I waited for my mate to return from the bar.I turned to the bloke next to me and said "great night"...it was GD We chatted for a few minutes and as we shook hands I said "any chance of Asia getting back together? With a wink and a chuckle....."I'd do it for the money!!"

Are you sure Steve Christey was there?--I'm sure the Borderline was acoustic-- just Kinky, Widge & me. Maybe Steve was there for the 'crack'.

Yes it was just an acoustic gig, lovely little venue, GD was there but no SC, it was a very heavily battlelines influenced gig, excellent, took 2 girls to see as they had never heard of you before, bought your CD' s they did, great night and more to come I hope

And Oh! all my dreams of the greatest prog rock -Art band reformation for love of the fans whom were left to wither and die in Payne.
Have now been shattered by the shear truth of the matter............

Unfortunately I never did due mostly to the fact having seen GD last in 1982 in ASIA at Wembley, so I did not recognise him immediately and nerves etc but I also generally let people get on with their own things but I have had a few chats with JW, minor ones but the memories are there.
