Happy Birthday, sir. Celebrate all that this landmark surely means to you - now, more than ever.
"Carpe Diem" - one day at a time.
Enjoy your birthday, John. This year, the extra candle mean a LOT.
Love and warm wishes from South Florida,
Douglas

Hi Professor - great to see you here again. How is everything with your new job? Going very well I hope. I think this year's birthday that John just celebrated is particularly special for all of us fans too. Every single JW show - every tour - means such a great deal. I am really happy you got to experience your first time w/John in concert in 2014. That Atlanta GRAVITAS show will stay with your for life, Jeff. They say that "You never forget your first..." Providence willing - in time - I hope you get a second chance to see John live. - Douglas /AgentA\

Hello, Agent A! Thanks for remembering me! I have been pretty active with my online teaching job at APUS, but did take off a month for vacation. We visited your fair state of Florida for a professional gathering at Eglin AFB, near Niceville. They were honoring some WWII soldiers who were killed in the line of duty. I was a guest of honor. As a matter of fact, we passed through early morning Atlanta traffic on our way down to Western Florida. I am afraid we did not linger to reminisce about our October visit, but on our 12-hour drive, we did listen to tons of /ASIA\ as well as Raised in Captivity . My wife loves that CD a lot and always takes it with us on the road. We drove back across Florida and visited a colleague in Tampa for a couple of days. He's a retired diplomat who lives in a sumptuous community. We got to visit the Aquarium as well as the floating Merchant Marine museum on the dockside. I was so exhausted by our road trip, I wonder how John & Co. manage touring! Drop me a line sometime at J_Leatherwood@yahoo.com JL
