It's amazing the treasures you find when you do a little cleaning and you find something that you haven't seen for ages. The cleaning bug was in me tonight and I came across this DVD and Cd that I purchased at Comic Con in Springfield Mass in 2005 it's called John Wetton Live at XM Satelite Radio it was just John and his acoustic guitar.

Intro/St Giles
Heat of the Moment
Mondrago/Book of Saturday
The Smile Has Left Your Eyes
Thirty Years
Hold Me Now
Sole Survivor
Rendezvous 602
The Water is Wide
Closing /The Celtic Cross

The Water is Wide is not on the DVD it is a bonus track on the CD. John does a excellent acoustic version of Mondrago which I think was a stripped down version before going on Rock of Faith I love this version. I'm not sure if this DVD is available but if you can get it I would it's a good intimate concert by John even though he was a little under the weather that day in the beginning it shows John and Kim Dancha walking to the studios and it was cold my guess John was coming down with a sore throat. I remember the night I purchased it because I met John and he signed what I bought and I met some people from the guestbook including Mr Clark and I believe Mr Boz was there too. I wish there was a DVD for that show too John did another acoustic show and he played live stuff I never heard him play in the matter that he did. For instance he did Woman , Days Like These acoustically with the guitar liked it alot gave it a different interpetation of the song I did not hear before overall a great night at the comic con and Johneven made friends with R2D2 I remember that pic too. Have a good night guys hope your doing well John and thanks for so many good memories.

I was fortunate enough to attend that show, but alas no recording.  No worries, have quite fond memories from that visit -- snowed like a !@#$% as I recall, lovely to watch from inside the warmth of Starbucks.  I swear there's one on every corner in DC.
