IMHHHHO, "Never Again" lends itself to a gorgeous, thought-provoking high-concept piece, that could be all stock footage, transition EFX and font...no performance footage needed, really, unless the record company requires it.  It could also be used for backdrop/projected imagery on tour.

If someone out there has a great editorial touch and an AVID, I'll send a potential storyboard and all the clips for an offline from gettyimages.com, but again, that's just silly me...

Proof positive of what I am saying.  The only reason this stuff is there is because the radio stations and the music channels won't give real rock and roll much airplay, if any at all.  This music is even being foisted on us through commercials, primarily for children's clothes, toys and cereal.

It's to the point that I have my finger poised on the mute button of the remote control so I can tune it out.

My brother told me that he read a report that said of all the music genres, rap and hip hop sales are down more than 30% this year and the only rap artists to have hit records were Kanye West and 50 cent.  The article went on to say that insiders think these styles will go the way of disco.

I am hopeful that we are finally seeing an end to the strangehold of this kind of entertainment along with reality TV.

I don't know if they are playing what is popular or it is only popular because that is what gets played. Chicken and the egg and all that.

But just look is what is in the top 10 this week on Billboard.

The only two songs I've even HEARD on that list are "Love Song"/Sara Bareilles and "Sorry"/Buckcherry. The rest?
