Hopefully the dentist does the job properly, wouldn't want you whistling whilst singing 'Soul Survivor'!
I remember hearing that Freddie Mercury never had his gnashers straightened in case it affected/effected his singing voice.

Very nice, Becki!  Congrats!  I always used to cherish what my teachers / professors would put on my papers... the good stuff that is! hehe!
Thank you MK

Had a tooth chip for no good reason last night.  Ugh.  Hate dental work and dentists.  What posesses one to go into that line of work, anyway?  Sadism?

Thanks, Azure.  It doesn't hurt, it's just really annoying.

Got a letter from the hospital this morning to say that my CT angiogram scan has been scheduled for next Wednesday, around lunch time. My back exam is on Friday, so it'll be a busy week for the Woolfe household. I'll give you all a precis on what happens at the end of next week, and in the meantime I'm keeping those vibes set to positive.

(Continuing the discussion on the musical interests of today's youths) Eives, I was referring to kids my age. I'm pretty sure the 18+ adults you see actually want to be at the show. I just can't be sure about kids my age when I see them. Those who are my age tend to be pretty close-minded when it comes to listening to different music, especially older bands. You don't always hear someone say they love Asia like a typical youth would love the Jonas Brothers (see my signature ) or that their favorite Yes album is Close to the Edge or that they're dying to see Roger Waters. I think you'd be more likely to hear that from an 18 year old instead of a 14 year old.

I agree with you Jay. What I was saying is at 14 I didn't know anything really about a lot of different music much less music that was much older than I was so kudos.

You're coughing and sneezing, wheezing and hacking .... If someone took their handkerchief out of their pocket as a kind gesture and handed it to you,
What would you do?
(I would say thanks, but no thanks!!!)

Ugh.  Based on what my husband subjects his handkerchiefs to, I would not just pass, but take several steps backwards!

Anyone who likes 'To Catch a Thief' must catch the duet on 'Raised in Captivity'.
It's with Anneke again, and it's absolutely stunning. If I say so myself.

The more snippets that I hear, the more I know that I am going to love this new piece of work.
