It's 'Shibuya' -it's the Blade Runner bit of Tokyo--where we play.

Ok I should have known it would be a place in Asia. It looks like a nice city.

'Nice' is possibly not the first word that springs to mind. Nice is 'nice'.Shibuya is a terrifically exciting part of Tokyo, very fast-paced and neon--very evocative. Lots of life, I've played there loads, and always find it a stimulus. We're not playing there next time with ASIA ,but we ARE doing an overnighter from SFO to Fukuoka.

Naawwww...is that a word, really?  Pronunciation request, please, on last word in your post (be it nice or stimulating, etc..), Johan.

PS:  Pix look like the bar/entertainment district used in "Lost in Translation."  Anyone else seen that film?  Loved it....Bill Murray and ScarJo were both excellent.

Fukuoka? It's onomatopoeic (?), Ames,ol' gal.At least I think so.
Some syllables might get "Lost in Translation".

Ohhhh...lawdy.  I dunno, J., if it were truly "onomatopoeic" wouldn't its pronunciation change depending on the subject-person of the question (or would it be the person asking that would determine pronunciation)?  Fnah...o-mee-o.  'Perhaps 'tis actually more a phonetic pronunciation, which might be safer for all involved.  Or not...oka?

I guess growing up in NYC I'm not much on the visiting of other cities? Dublin was an exception though. Mostly I enjoy places with natural beauty. But I'll place Shibuya on one of my destinations to see one day on your recommendations Johan.
