After 3 days of intensive listenings of "Phoenix" I must thanks John, Geoff, Steve and Carl for the new emotions that gave me after 25 years: GOD BLESS YOU ALL!!!

I'm not a patient person. I'd be fine if I didn't keep hearing about people getting a hold of it early. Just knowing it is OUT THERE and I can't hear it is frustrating. I AM savoring the anticipation of the concerts though, because once those are over that's it, and I like the before feeling much better than the after. The CD is another story.

Luckily I have found another musical distraction that has me quite occupied lately. So that will get me through these next 12 days!

Elstree,
if you call me I could sing you the songs by telephone...

Hey there...
I love the intermittent striking of the cowbell on track 5.
Don't you agree?
At least it sounds like a cowbell...

Are you guys taunting me?

FYI...Christopher Walken is hosting SNL this week and the promo is the 'more cowbell' skit!

This is what I'd like to see this week on SNL...

Like the old skit, fade into studio in London...Walken comes in on the Asia boys in process of recording OTWT but are stuck on agreeing on a part in the intro. Carl Palmer insists on a high hat for the opening salvo underscoring Geoff's keys. Walken introduces the boys to Gene Frenkle (aka Will Ferrell). Frenkle plays his cowbell contribution...Palmer freaks out, kicks Frenkle out of the session...adopts his idea and the rest is history. Frenkle fades to obscurity as Asia goes on to multi-platinum success and history!

That would be classic!

Wouldn't Johan be great as 'The Continental'???

I just want to hear Geoff call Walken a "bugger" on network TV. Maybe slip a "bullocks" in for good measure.
