Thank you, Sue, for alerting us all to new dates for the US of A!

Wow.

Three shows. Every one will be significant and special, that's clear.

- San Francisco...

- Philadelphia...

- New York City.

I feel "melancholic", I suppose LOL. I don't think this ever felt like it was going to be permanent - but it always felt exciting, like a rare "golden ticket", to see new UK shows with Eddie & John.

Miami 2013 seeing U.K. is one of my favorite live shows ever. Very, very special night of music...

(Thank you for your BASS PICK that night, John!)

I have booked my ticket from Chicago to NYC, this is a must see event from where I stand.  I've now seen the band with Bruford, Bozzio, Minnemann, Donati...and now to hear them with the dual drumming of Wackerman and Mangini, wow !

Clearly JW has played with some of THE best drummers in the world, I wonder though who he feels the top 4-5 are in terms of best "fit" for his style of playing and musical sensibilities.

Two top flight drummers, pretty impressive. As musicians go, it is clear just how well respected John and Eddie still are. I would think there is a long line of musicians that would want in on this.

I know BB is retired but it would be nice if AH could hop on stage for a song. The UK fan base is very loyal and very supportive. It would truly be a gesture of gestures to send us all into the sunset with that one. I was hoping those unrealized plans to have him guest on RiC would have opened doors but I can understand the relationship between John, Eddie, Bill and Allan could be a complex one, even 35 years on.

I find this all very bittersweet.   "Final".

I am grateful for what has transpired over the last few years with the reunion, and the live shows, but UK deserves to make a STUDIO lp for the new millenia and show everyone the genius of John and Eddie together.  At least finish the 1995 "LEGACY" tracks and put that out.  so much potential.   [frown]

I heard 2 of them over the phone back when you were with Bud Carr Management .
and the 2 songs I heard were some of the best I ever heard.

Finally in Norway! John, thanks for a wonderful performance in Oslo! We where there, wihtout horns as it is our country and we have to stay decent. We were hoping you came out to sign and stuff, but I guess you have a tight plan. We are sitting below of Cosmo, would have been great to see you again! If youre free, take contact, we will give you a guide :-) Best regards the norwegian horn team
