The first line of Icon 3 "Strolling down Atlantic Avenue" hit me right away. Which Atlantic Avenue were you thinking about when you wrote this line, Johan?

The line hit me because I grew up in Queens, New York just blocks from Atlantic Avenue. It stretched from Queens and all through Brooklyn, where you could catch the Brooklyn Bridge to Manhattan.

I doubt this is the same Atlantic Avenue you were thinking about because you can't stroll through Brooklyn without taking your life in your hands!

Just curious about the Atlantic Avenue you were thinking about. Congrats on Icon 3--I love it!

Thanks,
J-Ro

Very cool, Johan. Thanks for the info. Kinda reminds me how there's a Main Street in almost every town.

Queens and crown jewels wouldn't last long on the Atlantic Avenue I know. Strolling is not an option there. Running is more of a necessity.

Yeah, there is a Queens Boulevard but it runs to Long Island City, which is in Queens--go figure!

P.S.: I live around the corner from Stoner Place!
Got any other good street names?

Nothing like Stoner Place near me but the road that runs along the Beachfront in nearby Perth Amboy is called "Sadowsky Parkway."
How dumb is that. What's wrong with Bayview Terrace or Infested Seagull Brains Boulevard.
Sadowsky Parkway would be a good name for a road circling a steel mill or a coal mine.

I'm with you, Boz-- but I'll bet there was a Mr. Sadowsky somewhere along the line that felt differently...
